Workers Credit Union Branch Signage

Role: Creative director

Details: During my tenure at Workers Credit Union my team was responsible for designing the interior of new branches as well as print and digital signage. I oversaw the creation of numerous signs, posters, and digital screens. 

Digital Pillars: The digital pillars pictured on this page featured an interactive app designed and written by my team. The purpose of this app was based on our mission to help our members achieve financial wellness through coaching and education. It was a fun, quick challenge presented in a quiz format that members could take while waiting for their appointment.

Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Signage: When Workers switched from traditional ATMs to Interactive Teller Machines, we needed to assist with change management and educate members about how they worked. As part of these efforts, we developed signage that showcased the real-life tellers that could help members virtually via the ITM if they needed assistance with a transaction.

Notable Results: The ITM signage was created completely in-house under my direction and won a National Diamond Award from CUNA (Credit Union National Association).

Campaign Print and Digital Signage: As part of a multi-year campaign promoting our new financial coaching program called The Workers Way, we rotated featured members on both print and digital branch signage.

Notable Results: The Achieve Your Dreams signage was part of a multi-award-winning campaign, created completely in-house under my direction.
