Project Details: Alyssa’s Place is a local Peer Recovery organization that serves those in the community facing challenges with substances abuse. They had previously created their website in-house, but was looking to give their website a facelift with a new look and new content. Their main concern was that when people landed on their website, it didn’t feel like them. They’ve become known as a welcoming, judgement-free place to go to get help, but that was not the experience their visitors were getting. I worked with them to nail down their ideal target audience, understand their target’s pain points and needs and developed a completely new look with helpful, warm and welcoming content to match.
