Roles: Project lead, creative director and designer

Project Details: MWCC’s website was about six years old, was not mobile-friendly and was in need of a redesign and restructure. I led a 15-person cross-functional team in the redesign and development of the new website. MWCC is a fun, modern, inclusive, high-quality educational institution and we wanted to make sure the new website embodied that feeling. In addition, we restructured the site to ensure that users could quickly and easily find what they were looking for without being confused by educational jargon.

Notable Results: After launching the new website, we received 73% more inquiries, 86% less reliance on the internal search feature and a 58% improvement in bounce rate on the homepage.
